I had the opportunity to work with Eric when a very unfortunate and tragic incident occurred with a neighbor. I helped to assist my neighbor with the clean up process, as this incident was very emotional and overwhelming for her. In my first phone call with Eric, which occurred in the middle of the night, I was instantly impressed. Eric’s professionalism and empathy with the situation at hand was astounding. He arrived to the location in an hours time to being the bio clean-up process. He returned the next day to complete final steps with his wonderful partner. He assisted me as I continued to help my neighbor with an insurance claim. Eric made an emotionally difficult process seamless.
